The conditions described here are a priority and replace the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy in case of conflict. If the customer does not agree even with one of the described condition or part of any conditions, customer should not make purchases in our store.

General special conditions:

  1. When placing an order, the customer must specify the real e-mail addresses in the fields "E-Mail", "Address E-Mail", "Password E-Mail", as they are used for order processing and feedback from the customer. It is allowed to use the same e-mail address for all three fields, but we recommend that you use different e-mail addresses for the additional security in the fields "Address E-Mail" and "Password E-Mail";
  2. When placing an order, the customer must fill the field "Your password" and save the entered password (we call it "Customer's password"). In this field, the customer specifies the second part of the password to decrypt the zip-archive with the private keys of the purchased addresses (the first part of the password (we call it "Our password") is sent to the e-mail address from the field "Password E-Mail", the zip-archive is sent to the e-mail address from the field "Address E-Mail"). Thus, the full password for the encrypted zip-archive: [Full Password] = [Our Password] + [Customer's password], for example, [Our Password] = W2@1q!$Et5, [Customer's password] = eqW31Zc, [Full Password] = W2@1q!$Et5eqW31Zc;
  3. In case of password loss from the field "Your password" we do not remind its customer. Thus, in case of loss of the specified password, the customer will not be able to decrypt the purchased addresses, and the payment for the order is not refunded;
  4. After placing an order, the order goes to the "Waiting" state until it is fully paid. In the "Waiting" state, the order can be placed within 24 hours, and then canceled. If the order was partially paid and was canceled (there was no full payment), then the payment for the order is not refunded;
  5. If the order is paid for a larger amount than necessary, the overpaid amount is not refunded;
  6. If the payment for the order has already been made and the customer has received (or has not received) the ordered addresses, but the customer wants to cancel the order, then the payment for the order is not refunded;
  7. If the order contains exclusive and personal addresses, then each type of address is processed separately with their conditions, which are described here;
  8. After to the customer by e-mail from the field "Address E-Mail" were sent the ordered addresses and by e-mail from the field "Password E-Mail" were sent the first part of the password, the order is considered processed and it state changing to "Completed". By e-mail from the field "E-Mail" is sent an information email stating that the order was processed. Then if from the customer no questions on his order within 7 days of sending the information email (questions can be asked in the contact form), then state of the order changing to "Closed". In this case, the following actions occur: from the database of the website will be removed the password from the field "Your password", will be removed the emails that were sent to the e-mail address from the fields "Address E-Mail" and "Password E-Mail", from our storage will be removed private keys of the ordered addresses;
  9. If for any reason the customer does not receive emails sent to the e-mail addresses of the fields "Address E-Mail" and "Password E-Mail" (for example, due to spam filter or antivirus software) and the order has been closed (the private keys of the purchased addresses have been removed from our storage), then the order will be lost and payment for the order is not refunded. Thus, the customer must periodically check e-mail from the fields "E-Mail", "Address E-Mail" and "Password E-Mail". If 72 hours after the full payment of the order, the customer does not have any emails, then he must immediately report it using the contact form, in which case we will not close the order until the customer receives all necessary emails. However, if we suspect that the customer is misleading (in fact, all necessary emails have been received), the order will be closed forcibly;

Special conditions for exclusive addresses:

  1. After processing the order with exclusive addresses, an encrypted zip-archive with private keys will be sent to the e-mail from the field "Address E-Mail". These private keys will match the address patterns specified in the order;
  2. The order with exclusive addresses is accepted for processing within 72 hours after full payment;
  3. If two or more customers place orders for the same exclusive address, then it will be processed in the order, which was the first fully paid. Other customers will be sent an information email stating that an exclusive address has already been bought by another customer. In addition, if the payment for this exclusive address has already been completed, the payment is returned to the same address from which it was made, less the commission fee;

Special conditions for personal addresses:

  1. All orders with personal addresses are processed in turn from the date of full payment of the order;
  2. The order with personal addresses is accepted for processing within 72 hours after full payment. However, if there are other orders with personal addresses in the queue, this time can be increased, the client will be notified by means an information email sent to the e-mail address from the field "E-Mail";
  3. When ordering personal addresses, the customer must specify in the field "Public key" the correct public key obtained using any available method. The private key (we call it the primary private key) the customer must store and not disclose to anyone, it will be used to obtain the final private keys of personal addresses. In case of incorrect specified of the public key or loss of the private key, the customer will not be able to obtain the final private keys from the ordered personal addresses, and the payment for the order is not refunded;
  4. After processing the order with personal addresses, an encrypted zip-archive with private keys (we call them secondary private keys) will be sent to the e-mail from the field "Address E-Mail". These private keys together with the customer's private key (we call it the primary private key) allow to obtain the final private keys of the ordered personal addresses. The processing time of the order with personal addresses depends heavily on the options in the order and luck, so the waiting time for processing these orders can not be specified in advance. Thus, the customer agrees to wait (as required) until the order with personal addresses is created in accordance with the specified options;
  5. The customer will not have any claims to the personal addresses received from this store. We guarantee that all generated personal addresses will not start with a random sequence of characters, but with a sequence of characters (we call it a pattern) with the following features:
    • the length of the pattern is at least 8 characters;
    • the pattern can contain a prefix (for example, the "1BTCaddress" pattern contains the "BTC" prefix);
    • the pattern (excluding the prefix) is: any meaningful word or group of words, single repeating characters, double repeating characters (for example, 1XwXwXwXw);
    • case-sensitive patterns are formed by the following rules: UPPER_CASE, lower_case, First_upper_case, Prefix+UPPER_CASE, Prefix+lower_case, Prefix+First_upper_case. The forbidden characters "I", "O", "0", "l" and their replacement ("i", "o", "L") do not participate in the definition of case-sensitivity (for example, the "DoMiNo" pattern is the UPPER_CASE rule, despite the fact that this pattern contains characters from the lowercase "i" and "o", since the characters "I" and "O" are forbidden).
